POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the supervision of clinical staff, the maintenance of quality client care in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and accreditation standards and adherence to budget goals.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a current state license as an RN, and (in California) with two years experience within the last five years in a home health agency primary care clinic, or health facility, unless the individual has been previously approved for such employment by a program flexibility issued prior to April 1, 1995 or (all other states) acceptable years of experience as defined by state in which employee works. Current CPR Certification. Working knowledge of state and federal home health regulations and Joint Commission Accreditation Standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Direct patient care as needed.

Ability to maintain assigned work hours: Has sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of work hours. Ability to travel to all business locations.
