The following positions are being posted for GMC's newly created "Float Pool."

Current Differentials for Float Pool Staff includes:

RN - $3.00 per hour
LPN - $2.75 per hour
CNA - $2.25 per hour

Glendive Medical Center (GMC) will staff departments based upon the needs of its customers with the help of Float Pool staff to cover open shifts as available. The float pool will be open to RN's, LPN's, and CNA's.

Float Pool staff will be assigned a home unit and will only be paid float pool wages when floating to other assigned units. The Staff Scheduler will coordinate orientation to each unit. Orientation will include unit layout, emergency equipment, supplies,patient/resident assignment, employee responsibility, unit specific policies/procedures,and safety issues.
