Job Description:    Era Living, a respected leader in retirement living in the Puget Sound, has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Janitor at University House Issaquah.

This is a part-time position on the weekends. Hours are 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm, Saturdays and Sundays.

The University House Issaquah is a premier retirement living community on the beautiful Sammamish Plateau for adults who*ve reached the age of 62. University House Issaquah has 186 private residences that offer a superior level of comfort, quality and the personalized hospitality for which Era Living communities are known.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Clean, scrub, dust, and vacuum the kitchen and dining rooms including sinks, doors, walls, floor drains trash bins, windows mirrors and floors, using proper cleaning solutions and procedures.

    Position requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older. This person must be able to operate machines and equipment such as trash compactor and a floor scrubbing machine.
  • Previous janitorial experience preferred but not required.
