Job Description:  Provides patient care services to patients in their homes or alternative setting on a "per visit" basis.   Care will be preventive, rehabilitative, and curative, utilizing all available resources. Qualifications:

Graduadate from an accredited school of nursing with a valid and current RN license from the state of NC.

Requires a minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing within the last five years. At least one year of community/home health nursing strongly preferred.
