House Staff Nurse Practitioner Director position in Long-Term Care

Integritas LTC of TN is currently interviewing Nurse Practitioners interested in becoming part of our unique medical model as House Staff Nurse Practitioner in Nashville, TN. This is a full-time position five days per week (Saturdays included in the schedule)

Integritas is a company committed to improving the quality of the medical services provided to the long term care industry by creating strategic alliances with LTC facilities, and educating and supporting medical practitioners.

As the facility's House Staff Nurse Practitioner, you would work in collaboration with the facility's medical director to assess and manage all changes in conditions, perform federally required visits and participate in the management of chronic diseases.

Interested applicants must have a current TN license and be nationally certified as an Adult, Family or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. Previous long-term care experience preferred.
