: The Clinical Manager will support Clinical Practice development and Clinical Operations through Project Management. RESPONSIBLITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Support Clinical Practice development through project management activities including: a. Develop and/or assist in the development of project plans b. Coordinate and/or supervise the coordination of meetings and activities required to execute the project plan c. Manage the process to insure critical targets and timelines are met d. Provide regular project status updates to the Director 2. Collect and organize requests from Clinical Specialists related to resource development a. Prioritize suggestions under direction of Director b. Maintain data base of resource requests and current availability of resources c. Submit and review with Director on a monthly basis or as needed 3. Assist Senior Director in special projects 4. Promote Professional Association relationships in collaboration with the Directors of Clinical Services 5. Assist in identifying professional development opportunities for Master Clinicians 6. Support the development of the clinical specialists through collaboration with the Director 7. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: JOB SKILLS: 1. The Clinical Manager must possess strong interpersonal skills and well developed verbal and written communication skills. 2. The Clinical Manager must have strong teaching and presentation skills. 3. The Clinical Manager will have a good knowledge of various functions of both clinical and operational systems necessary in running a rehabilitation company. 4. The Clinical Manager will possess strong leadership skills. 5. The Clinical Manager must work collaboratively and supportively with regional operations without direct reporting responsibility. SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL /VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS 1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree 2. Proven organizational and time management skills 3. Capable of handling complex and demanding situations 4. Ability to integrate new information quickly |
