Job Description: 

Stonebridge Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Full Time LPN supervisor to join our team for day shift. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, supervision of CNA staff, and other duties as assigned.

Interested candidates must have a valid PA LPN licensure, be able to work every other weekend, and prior experience in a nursing home environment is preferred.
