Job Description:	Classic Residence by Hyatt at La Jolla Village is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the State of California who will be responsible for supporting the operations of our upscale Care Center featuring Skilled Nursing, Memory Support, and Assisted Living. The Care Center Administrator will carry out duties targeted at ensuring that the facility is operated in compliance with all applicable State and Federal Regulations. In addition, the CCA is responsible for monitoring systems that enhance the quality of care and services provided to the resident's and their families. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: oMust possess knowledge of regulatory compliance and Continuing Care Retirement Community operations. oMust have superior written communication skills and the ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team oriented environment. oCompletion of four year accredited college or university program degree oTwo to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination oCurrent California Nursing Home Administrator License and RCFE certification EEO M/F/V/D
