URGENT NEED TO HIRE AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR!

Location: Southwest Florida
Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Venice, Port Charlotte, Bonita Springs, Golden Gate, Naples

This Senior Living company seeks an Executive Director. Our residents enjoy a worry-free lifestyle, thanks to our vast array of amenities, including 5-star service. The Executive Director will oversee program and policy planning and implementation, while adhering to the organization's philosophies and core values.

Executive Director Responsibilities

The Executive Director will oversee planning, direction and management of facility sales and marketing, dining/food and beverage, wellness, activities, transportation, and housekeeping/maintenance. As Executive Director you will be responsible for creating and adhering to the budget, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring quality of service and care. The Executive Director will also train and manage staff, guide department heads, make a significant contribution towards building the facility's census, and maximize revenue.

Requirements for the Executive Director

* Operations experience in Senior Living environment
* Strong financial and operational abilities
* Excellent interpersonal skills and management experience in Long-Term Care
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong customer service skills
