Job Description:  Genesis Rehab is seeking a remarkable therapist for a Program Manager opportunity at one of our programs in Chester, PA!

The Belvedere is a 150-bed LTC/SNF facility, with a dedicated Short-Term Rehab Progression unit! Located in historic Chester, just a few blocks from Widener University, the Belvedere is a newly renovated Genesis facility, with beautiful grounds, free parking and convenient access to 95, 322 and 476. The Belvedere has a new, isolated dementia unit and also services patients at an assisted living facility across the street.

The Program Manager is responsible for the efficient management of rehabilitation services in his/her assigned account(s). This position also assists in integration of rehabilitation services in all settings. The Program Manager ensures that the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered and maintained.

Additionally, the Program Manager must have three years direct patient care experience and one year of management experience. A thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing is also required.
