Job Description:	Work Schedule The GNA candidate should be flexible to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday with every other weekend requirement on Night ( 11 pm - 7 am) shifts. Qualifications The GNA candidate should possess: - High School diploma or GED. - Maintains current Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant certification. - Able to work cooperatively. - Effective command of English language (spoken and written). - Physical ability to meet job requirements of lifting, bending and turning. - Computer skills preferred. - Attentive and anticipated patients needs. - Treats Resident with respect at all times. - Able to interact with emotionally disturbed Resident. - Provides compassionate and complete care in a timely manner. Responsibilities The Geriatric Nursing Assistant provides patients with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed. Observes patients¿ conditions, measuring and recording food and liquid intake and output and vital signs, and report changes to professional staff. Benefits This is a Part Time benefit eligible position.
