As the Project Assistant, you will work with staff members of the skilled nursing facilities to implement a clinical software system into the daily workflow of the facility.
Duties will include becoming an expert on the clinical software, assisting with the implementation process at a facility; and training the staff, in all positions, on how to use the software.
This position will include a large amount of travel and group speaking in a training setting.
Qualified candidates will be a LPN or RN with at least 5 years of experience in Long-Term Care. This experience in Long-Term Care does not all have to be as a licensed nurse. A strong knowledge base and comfort with working with computers and different types of software is required.
Experience with speaking to groups and/or training people is strongly desired. A complete understanding of the work-flow of a Long-Term Care facility is essential.
You must be able to multi-task and stay focused on completing the software implementation and training at the assigned location.
