Our 65 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment. 

 

We are currently interviewing for RN Nurse Supervisors.  The RN Nurse Supervisor will:

  • Supervise nursing care provided by CNAs, LPNs and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.
  • Assess patients by physical examination including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
  • Communicate with physicians regarding changes in conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
  • Document assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
  • And other duties as assigned.
