Job Description: 

Responsibilities

To oversee the planning, direction & management of all programs and departments of an independent and/or assisted living senior community. Main responsibilities include:

• Improving the quality of health care services
• Increasing revenues and census
• Mentoring and rallying the staff
• Controlling expenses
• Increasing resident satisfaction
• Suggesting successful marketing ideas
• Managing the day to day operations while continuously making improvements and recommendations

Qualifications

We are seeking energetic Directors with independent and/or assisted living experience with a customer service focus with the following skills:
• Participative management style
• A strong team leader
• Financial & operational acumen
• A related background such as hospitality or medical
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proven marketing record
• Employee relations experience

Preferred Skills:
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Independent Living with a combination of AL, CCRC, Alzheimer, SNF and/or hospitality environments
• B.S. degree in related field
