Responsibilities

What you would be doing:

• Conducting tours, luncheons or other strategies with prospective residents
• Following-up with inquiry calls daily
• Generating correspondence/information for prospective residents
• Coordinating new resident move-ins
• Telemarketing with potential leads and qualified prospects
• Arranging special luncheons/tours for community contact groups
• Arranging special events and promotions to promote the facility to the community
• Attending resident activities and functions to help attract prospective clients
• Implementing external and internal marketing programs for census development
• Maintaining good interpersonal relations with residents, relatives, staff and the public
• Evaluating the competition and compare with our facility
• Developing advertising formats for the community in print, radio and TV media
• Assisting the Director in preparing the annual budget for marketing
• Designing and implementing the local public relations effort, which includes calling on business and professional people to promote the community

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• High school diploma, college degree preferred
• 3 years of successful sales or leasing experience
• Candidates must have a strong sales background
• Prior management experience is necessary
• Demonstrated abilities in organization, communication, public speaking, enthusiasm and energy, and effective interpersonal skills
