Director of Sales & Marketing
Location: Naples, FL

This growing Assisted Living facility based in Naples, FL seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to join its team.

We specialize in developing and managing a range of skilled nursing, independent living, and assisted living facilities. Our residents thrive on a combination of hands-on care, personal attention, and proactive communication.

The Director of Sales and Marketing will play a key role in planning and executing all aspects of community sales. Responsibilities include:

* Building relationships with referral sources, qualified prospects, and community influencers
* Leading and supervising marketing team
* Handing inquiries and managing sales cycle up through deposit-receipt and resident move-in

The Director of Sales and Marketing must have:

* Ability to forge relationships with prospective customers, from initial contact to decision
* Strong closing skills
* Enthusiastic, energetic attitude
* Assisted Living experience preferred
