Home Health VNA, one of the largest and most established VNA’s in Massachusetts, currently has a full-time opportunity for a Director of Program Development and Specialty Services in our Lawrence, MA office.

Excellent opportunity for a seasoned, home health director-level professional (RN or other qualified clinician) to join the leadership team of our highly respected, progressive home health agency.  We welcome candidates with demonstrated success in clinical operations, program development and implementation, and those with extensive knowledge in clinical outcomes and Oasis. 

The Director identifies opportunities and needs within the organization; develops and implements new and existing clinical programs and services to support the agency's fiscal and clinical quality goals;  ensures implementation across our large agency; and is responsible for program evaluation.  S/he also oversees all clinical functions and patient care delivery in designated specialty services. 

As a member of the VNA leadership team, the Director participates on committees and task forces internally and externally. 

 

Requirements:

Master's degree

3-5 years experience

Supervisory experience
