Job Description: 

This Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation Facility seeks a Registered Nurse/MDS Coordinator. We're compassionate about our residents' overall care. Our professionally trained staff is dedicated to total rehabilitation success.

The Registered Nurse/MDS Coordinator will be responsible for:

* Conducting and/or coordinating interviews with residents in order to complete a comprehensive care plan
* Developing a schedule of activities for residents
* Meeting with residents and/or family members to discuss resident progress and future care
* Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

* Must have Long-Term Care experience
* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Self-directed and able to multitask
* Possess Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida
