  • Consistently and genuinely demonstrate the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions.

  • Perform professional and restorative nursing services which include, but not limited to, resident assessments, recording of vital signs, administering medications and treatments.

  • Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring that quality care is provided.

  • Performs duties of a front line supervisor to other Health Center associates.

  • Interact with the resident’s physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed.

  • Following the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Care Plan; assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility

  • Assist with in-service and on the job training and mentoring of associates.

  • Participate in and attend all required in-service training and education sessions as scheduled.

  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Provides line supervisor task assignments to Certified Nursing Assistants and other Health Center associates

With our residents in mind, the right candidate will have:

  • BS Degree or RN certificate from an accredited school of nursing.

  • Current and active state appropriate RN license.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong customer orientation to older adults.

  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
