AS A TERRITORY MANAGER, YOU WILL… * Increase your skill set as well as increasing your income potential! * Use your creativity and innovation to develop both tactical and strategic plans to grow our infusion therapy business * Working autonomously, maximizing Coram's visibility and establishing long term relationships with all levels of individuals while maintaining Coram's top quality image. * Use your account management expertise to coordinate a multi-faced approach to business development. The Territory Manager will interact with Case Management, Utilization Review, Discharge Planning, in addition to Clinical Internal Operations to drive revenue by providing efficient and seamless patient care. YOUR MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE… * Growing key infusion product areas as defined by management on an annual basis by servicing and growing existing business. * Working closely with the market manager in developing and executing plans to grow Coram's infusion therapy business through accurate business projections, goals, specific strategies and pertinent account information * Maintaining minimum call standards through individual contacts, group in-services and trade show attendance. * Recognizing opportunities for expanding the business relationships with the accounts and presenting and negotiating Coram's other programs. YOU WILL HAVE AT LEAST… * Education or experience equivalent to a four year college degree in a relevant subject * At least 5 years of progressive sales experience in a hospital environment calling on all levels including C-Level and MDs customers. * Sales exposure to selling to customers in areas of Ortho, Wound Care, Gastro, Oncology and any other area related to infusion therapy. * Valid and current driver's license and auto insurance. * Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written). IT WOULD BE "IDEAL" TO HAVE… * Established "book of business" in the assigned territories with related customers in designated areas. . * Track Record of increasing revenue in a related product/services * IV related exposure & experience * Exposure and/or experience in Home Healthcare FOR MORE INFORMATION… * Our company website is www.coramhc.com * For detailed information regarding this opportunity, please apply!
