  • Ensures the objectives and goals of the company are achieved through effective training delivery of approved material to field and corporate employees. 

  • Works closely with field employees, divisional, regional and local management teams, corporate staff and other trainers on developing effective training solutions.

  • Supports the long-term company strategic plans and all company policies and procedures. 

  • Provides feedback to appropriate personnel and management staff.

  • Provides effective and timely feedback regarding training materials and assists with testing activities.

  • Utilizes appropriate financial and statistical tools in the identification of training opportunities and recommends appropriate training solutions.

  • Creates and seeks guidance from field and training management on appropriate training programs.

  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.


 

  • Education and experience equivalent to a four year college degree is required. 

  • At least one year related work experience with Apria HME/RT and/or infusion operating systems is required.
