Catskill Area Hospice
We are looking for a dedicated, proven leader to join our world-class hospice organization.
The Director of Social Work manages all aspects of the provision of patient social services and provides leadership to the social work team.
Responsibilities: also include establishing, implementing & evaluating goals & objectives for social services to meet & promote standards of quality. Minimum
Requirements: Master’s degree in Social Work and at least 3 years management experience, preferably in hospice or home care.
