Responsibilities: As Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for providing leadership and effective management of Executive Directors for retirement communities located in California. Key responsibilities include: · Attract, retain & develop top talent · Provide innovative, quality and consistent care & services · Maximize profitability through revenue generation and expense control · Retain and enhance Westmont’s culture · Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Qualifications: · College degree preferred · 5 + years of successful multi-site operations experience · Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling. · Business analytic skills with the ability to link information to action and results · Familiar with state licensing requirements · Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate group presentations. · Must possess independent judgment and discretion · Strong management and leadership abilities with a commitment to team member development · Ability to delegate assignments to the appropriate individuals based upon their skills, roles and interests · Willingness to travel 80-90% · Strong customer service track record with measurable results · Competent in organizational, time management skills · Proficiency in computer skills with the ability to learn new applications
