Job Summary: Part Time Overnight shift from 10pm to 6 am. Maintenance Technician/ Night Monitor.

Responsibilities include:

* Will be responsible for maintenance duties and janitoral duties around community common areas.
* Empty Trash from laundry rooms and throughout community
* Help caregiver on duty if need arises.

We seek the following qualifications:

* Someone that has experience with maintaining the entire building, painting, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance experience.
* Must have drivers license
* Willing to work varied hours and be on call for emergencies
