Capitalizing on your demonstrated leadership skills, you will guide a passionate, highly motivated sales team to sell entrance-fee continuing care residences at our brand new senior living community opening in Scottsdale, AZ.
You will create a successful sales environment supporting the sales team with strategy, sales techniques, training and managing performance that drives sales success.

Qualifications include 10 years of progressive sales experience in leadership and management of multiple salespeople achieving individual and team sales goals. Prior CCRC experience with sales experence in a new development strongly preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, financial acumen, direct experience in developing budgets and marketing strategies with the ability to grow the individual talents of others. Must have with an appreciation of selling to older adults. College degree required.
