Job Description:  Job Summary: The Clinical Manager supports and promotes the provision of quality care and serves as a clinical expert in the provision of respiratory care. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the monitoring and facilitation of clinical service delivery, programs, policies, and initiatives. In addition, the Clincal Manager will support Respiratory Therapists in the field through offering guidance on therapy procedures and creating/providing professional training and support.

This Clinical Manager will cover multiple states including PA, MD, FL, and TX and be based out of his/her home office. Travel is required, averaging 1-2 days per week to centers within the assigned territory.

MCS3 Qualifications: Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an adult and/or geriatric clinical setting, including 3 years of management/supervisory experience highly preferred.
• Previous pediatric experience preferred.
• Minimum of Associates degree in respiratory therapy- bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• A record of affiliation/participation in the American Association of Respiratory Care.

Required Licenses:
• Licensed/certified as required in the states in which the therapist practices and
• Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care
• Must possess a valid health care provider Basic Life Support (BCLS)

Skills and Abilities:
• Well developed verbal and written/electronic communication skills required.
• The ability to motivate others and provide clinical leadership to assist with the achievement of company goals.
• The ability to positively interact with others.
• A working knowledge of government regulations as it relates to respiratory care services.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Must be willing to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Must be willing to conduct seminars, in-services and continuing education.
