Responsibilities include:

  • General operating maintenance, service, and repair of the interior and exterior of the community.
  • Maintains scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on, but not limited to H.V.A.C, elevator, fire, and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pullcord equipment.
  • Responds to maintenance requests by residents for items needing repair in their rooms, including repairing, plumbing, electrical, heating and replacing light bulbs.
  • Responds appropriately to management and/or community emergencies by assisting as needed.
We seek the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge of all phases of maintenance of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
  • 1-2 years (one to two) of experience
  • Valid State driver's license
  • EPA and HVAC certification preferred
  • Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing knowledge
  • Must have prior painting experience and has worked in a multi-unit building doing routine repair and maintenance
