Job Description:  Float Pool (All Shifts, weekends and holidays)
Within the current and appropriate Nurse Practice Act, supervises and monitor the delivery of care by Caregivers according to resident care plans. Assess resident for condition changes. Monitor dining activities to identify concerns or changes in resident's needs. Respond to Caregivers request for assistance, correcting inappropriate or unsafe techniques. Identify education needs for the Caregivers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Working knowledge in general nursing care acquired through practical or professional nurse program and licensure in Pennsylvania. Licensed Staff Members are required to demonstrate CPR competencies. One to three years of previous work experience preferred. Continuing education as required per Community standards and state/federal regulations and to enhance professional standing and growth. Access to PHI (Protected Health Information) will be based on Director's approval related to job responsibilities.
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
 Maintains Pennsylvania licensure as a practical nurse . Purses educational courses (seminars), pertinent to responsibilities . Maintains current CPR Competencies.
