Job Description:  SUMMARY:
A qualified professional who screens, evaluates/re-evaluates, directs, supervises and provides Occupational Therapy services to residents of all service lines (Sub-acute, Healthcare, Assisted Living and Residential Housing) as prescribed by the attending physician. Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service and to serve as a resource to all other departments with the CKV-TBH community.
EDUCATION/JOB EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of an occupational therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the A.M.A. in collaboration with the American Occupational Therapy Association or its equivalent. Registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association and certified by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Has at least one (1) year of institutional experience - preferred. Licensure and/or registered by the state. Certified in CPR.
