Job Description:  SUMMARY:
Provides transportation assistance and serves as an escort for Residents with appointments as requested by the Nursing Department. Follows specific Cross Keys Village-Brethren Home Community policies, federal /state regulations and guidelines, including Resident Rights. Is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Fundamental knowledge to read work-related material and to follow written directions. Possess at least a valid Driver's License for purpose of transporting Residents. Effectively communicates in written and verbal form.
