Job Description:  As a member of the Wellness Team, the Fitness / Wellness Technician is equal parts entertainer and educator while providing the ultimate customer service experience in every class. In a key supportive role for the Wellness Team, the Wellness Technician is responsible for the day to day delivery of outstanding customer service in the fitness/wellness areas of Cross Keys Village, The Harvey S. Kline Wellness Center. The Harvey S. Kline Wellness Center will provide wellness service for the active aging population and the team members who serve this Continuing Care Retirement Community. Wellness Technicians provide overall staff coverage for the fitness/ aquatic areas and have the privilege of organizing, delivering and educating citizens about proper equipment usage, special wellness/fitness programs, events, and instruct land and water based classes under the guidance of the certified and degreed Wellness / Fitness personnel.
