Job Summary

Provides direct supervision of care giving within the community. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence. Fosters a homelike atmosphere throughout the community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing licensed nursing services to the Assisted Living residents.
  • Medication administration for the Assisted Living Department.
  • May be required to supervise other staff positions.
  • Provides general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community.
  • ** Strong supervisory experience required

We seek the following qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of AL experience and working with the Elderly.

  • At least 1 year of experience supervising staff and producing schedules.

  • Current LPN state license preferred
  • Current CPR and First Aide certification a plus.
