Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, COTA and PTA

Willows

Full time and Casual

Responsible for screening and evaluation of resident needs, establishing a plan of care in conjunction with the resident, family and physician and providing therapy treatments.  Is a role model for customer service principals and consistently monitors and implements quality improvement efforts to support the Continuous Quality Improvement philosophy of the community.  Assures that the department functions according to federal and state regulations and accepted community quality standards, policies and procedures. 

Valid current Pennsylvania license as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist and COTA must have current certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
