SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER WITH EXCELLENT CLOSING SKILLS!!

COMPETITIVE SALARY!!!

Ideal candidate...
* Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing & outside sales, preferably from the healthcare or real estate industries.
* Assisted Living experience preferred.
* Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with the aging population.
* Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems.
* Experience with public speaking a plus.

SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
will develop relationships with qualified referral sources, establishing public relations events to promote goodwill in the community, conducting tours with potential residents and their families, and closing sales. Will support both the Assisted Living and Memory Care communities on campus.
