Oversee day-to-day activities and personnel within your service area. Supervisory experience required; at least two years experience in long term care preferred. Job Specific Details: Minimum 2-5 years managerial experience preferably in health care industry.

Completion of a state approved 90 hour dietary managers program or the equivalent and certification in food safety as required by state regulations. Certification with the Dietary Managers Association preferred.
