Adheres to applicable principles and practices of Occupational, Physical & Speech Therapy, Innovative Senior Care policies and procedures and state regulations.
Supervises Outpatient Therapy & Wellness Programs

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Science, Masters, or Dr in Physical Therapy  or Occupational Therapy
2. CO state licensure for Physical Therapy; rEgistered in the state for OT
