Location: Community Based Home Health in Bourbon, Fayette, Franklin, Jassamine, & Scott counties. (mileage paid when traveling between homes)

1) Must have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and KY state licensure as a OT.
2) Must have at least 1 year of experience as an OT.
3) Must have personal transportation, valid driver's license, & automobile insurance coverage.
