Westmont Living, Inc., a premier provider of retirement living, assisted living and dementia care is seeking a seasoned Community Relations Director for our Summerfield Senior Living community, located in Yuba City, CA. Westmont Living, Inc. is comprised of passionate, experienced senior housing leaders who have formed a company that focuses on what matters: resident lifestyle, convenience and bringing service to the next level. 

The Community Relations Director is a key team member, responsible for maintaining full accountability for the fulfillment of the mission of Westmont Living at their respective communities. The community relations director is responsible for maintaining all occupancy standards. This is accomplished through a combination of outreach, events and cultivating relationships with prospects, families and professionals.

Position Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Able to communicate written and orally in English.
• Passed post offer health physical, TB test and drug screen.
• Prefer college degree
• Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs, lift up to 35 lbs.
• Have at least two years previous experience in marketing with a proven effective sales and/or leasing history.
• Have strong organizational skills as well as the ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; prioritize projects and objectives while meeting deadlines.
• Have proficient computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe
• Have strong customer service skills.
• Have basic knowledge of budgets; creating, managing and compliance
