SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER WITH EXCELLENT CLOSING SKILLS!!

Ideal candidate
* Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing & sales preferably in Healthcare.
* Assistive living experience preferred.
* Must have the ability to work in a team environment, excellent attention to detail, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with the aging population. 
* Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems is required.
* Experience with public speaking and event management a plus.
* Ideal candidate will enjoy and excel doing inside sales.

SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER - will develop relationships with qualified referral sources, establishing public relations events to promote goodwill in the community, conducting tours with potential residents and their families, and closing sales.
