SEEKING SALES COUNSELOR WITH EXCELLENT CLOSING SKILLS!!

New construction in Germantown , TN looking for a highly motivated sales person with strong closing skills. Must have industry sales experience. Lease-up experience is desirable but not required.



Ideal Candidate
* Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably from the healthcare or senior living industries
* Independent Living experience a plus
* Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with the aging population
* Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
* Experience with public speaking is a plus


SALES COUNSELOR
Your primary responsibility will be to communicate sales and contractual information and close contract sales to increase occupancy in our beautiful senior living community. Routinely review database to identify and follow-up on leads from all sources. Maintain positive and understanding relationships with all prospective residents and their family. Assist in identifying innovative events and methods to increase visitation of targeted groups. Obtain and maintain knowledge of competitors. Conduct personal tours for prospective residents and family.
