Brookdale Place of Paradise Valley is looking for several certified care givers. Med tech certification preferred, but not required. Please come in and complete an application and bring copies of your certifications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating each residenr's 24 hour plan to include recreation, ADLs, dining and other duties as assigned
  • Supports the resident's abilities by understanding that all aspects of care can be viewed as an activity
  • Participates in daily care meetings

We seek the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, high degree of service orientation, positive attitude and ability to multi task also required
  • Must be reliable, flexible, patient and compassionate
  • Experience working with Alzheimer's and dementia residents is preferred
  • Must have caregiver certification
  • Med-Tech certification preferred as well, but not required.
