Key responsibilities include:

*Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
*You will serve meals to residents in the dining room or the apartment.
*Recording and reporting changes in resident's eating habits to supervisor.
*Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We seek the following qualifications:

*Medicare experience required
*Current CPR and First Aid certification required
*Experience working with elderly and memory impaired.
*Must have valid Michigan Nursing Assistant Certification
*Strong organizational and analytical skills
*Strong team building and mentoring skills
