The Systems Liaison is responsible for the daily operations of the department’s client database system. Serves as the department’s first line of systems support and provides the customer service interface with the software vendor to maintain system integrity, accuracy and efficiency and to continue the development of new system applications and coordinate their implementation. The Systems Liaison facilitates productivity, performs diverse and advanced administration and coordination of the database, as well as provides training on targeted projects.
Education: Requires an Associate’s Degree in business administration, information technology, or related curriculum, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic understanding of the clinical counseling field is a plus.
Experience: Requires a minimum of three years of IT experience and advanced skill with the administration of database software applications. Must have the ability to utilize problem solving and prioritization skills, as well as analyze the systems to resolve problems as they arise. Query and report building experience is required. Must possess strong organizational and systems documentation skills. Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple priorities and effectively make decisions. Must have advanced customer service skills utilizing discretion, efficiency, and compassion. Current California Driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
