SUMMARY: The Pediatric Palliative Care Social Worker will provide psychosocial eduation and counseling to the child and family about the child's life-limiting diagnosis and will provide referrals to community resources. Participate in a multi-discipline case conferences. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in social work . At least one year of social work experience in a health setting. Current licensure in Massachusetts . This position is funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is dependent upon continued funding.
