Responsibilities include:

* Maintaining apartments, and grounds
* On-Call duties

We seek the following qualifications:

*Must have 2 years experience
*High level of professionalism and customer service skills
*Must possess strong communication skills, be able to multi-task
*Experience in supervising staff and scheduling
*Knowledge of all phases of maintenance of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
*Valid State Driver's license
*HVAC and EPA certification preferred
*This is a working Coordinator position. Some after hours and weekend work required.
*This individual will need to be empathetic, energetic and have an affinity for working with a senior population
