Responsibilities We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Director of Culinary Services to join the team in our Midwest Region (the states of KY, OH, IN and MI). The primary job function of the Regional Director of Culinary Services is to provide oversight and support to your assigned Assisted Living communities to insure the highest quality of delivery of service. Scope of Responsibilities Include: - Training - Program development and implementation - Monitoring of our Culinary program Qualifications Requirements Include: - Experience as a Chef in a full-service establishment, hospitality or restaurant experience preferred - 5+ years of management experience is required - Multi-site experience preferred - Knowledge of the nutritional needs of the elderly - Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation regulations - Knowledge of culinary techniques and their appropriate applications - Knowledge of purchasing and procuring techniques, seasonal market trends and their impact on food and labor costs - This position requires 80%+ travel Benefits Atria offers a competitive salary and benefit package including 401k and tuition reimbursement. |
