Ideal candidate...
* Minimum 3 years experience in operations, marketing, financial planning and human resources management.
* Senior Living industry knowledge and experience required
* Must have an Assisted Living License

* Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
* Work history that supports ability to hire, direct and manage associates.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR...
Will oversee the overall management and the day-to-day operations of the community while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing while ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services. The Executive Director will implement approaches and services to maintain or enhance resident independence and resident satisfaction while. The ideal candidate will also participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.
