Rosemont Presbyterian Village, located on the main line, is seeking a full-time Director of Environmental Services.

This position directs and manages the Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping and Laundry programs as assigned, including all operational goals and objectives, to maintain sanitary, attractive, orderly, safe and efficient operations. Organizes and ensures that assigned departments comply with operating policies and procedures, all governing regulations and requirements; supervise assigned staff. Communicates with other departments and management staff; provides management reports; bids and negotiates contracts and purchased services.

Basic Qualifications Experience: Minimum five years experience in management of a maintenance, security and housekeeping operation in a long term care facility.

Education/Training: High School Diploma; training in facility maintenance work including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC; basic supervisor training. Skills: Proficient reading, writing, grammar and mathematics skills; advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail. Proficient in interpersonal relations and communications skills. Knowledge of facility maintenance-related current Federal and State regulations; knowledge of chemical interactions and incompatibilities. Supervisory skills including decision making, delegation, staff assessment. Auditory and visual skills, ability to stand bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 75 lbs. or less
