Ideal candidate
* Successful track record in managing all levels of care in a senior living community with a minimum of 2 years experience.
* Alzheimer and dementia experience is required.
* Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.

ASSOCIATE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
under direct supervision of the Campus Executive Director will oversee the overall management and the day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate in conjunction with the Campus Executive Director will manage occupancy & monthly financial performance for the property & maintain budget accountability. Maintain positive working relationships with all residents, resident family members, employees & the business community. Hire, train, discipline & terminate employees in accordance with company policies. Supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing while ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services. Will also maintain a high degree of resident satisfaction & retention through consistent delivery of high quality services.  The ideal candidate will also participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.
