BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Ideal candidate...
* Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing & outside sales, preferably from the healthcare industry. 

* Experience as an LPN is a plus.
* Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with the aging population.
* Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems is required.
* Excellent verbal and communication skills; experience with public speaking a plus.
* Capable of planning small and large scale professional referral networking events.
* Knowledge of Independent Living and Assisted Living preferred.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
will be responsible for reaching out to existing professional referrals and obtaining new business accounts. This position will provide strategy, support and vision to the Marketing Director at the community in order to achieve sales and occupancy goals.
